The path of Munay

On the Path of Munay, embraced by the healing energies of plant medicines, we create a profound connection to our hearts during the Plant Spirit Ceremony. In the enchanting land of Peru, initiation into the Path of Munay invites us to live with love and compassion, steeped in ancient traditions. This heart-centered journey enables us to explore the depths of the expansive field, supported by the warm and nurturing energies of both Cacao and Bobinsana. Thus, you are invited to approach life through the lens of your heart. What wishes to bloom from the depths of your being?

Content of the ceremony

At the heart of every ceremony lies the creation of a safe space where your entire essence can shine and be revealed. After a moment of landing and becoming present in this sacred environment, we begin with a brief meditation and energetic cleansing. Following this, we share in a circle, where you will receive a ceremonial dose of medicinal Cacao and a microdose of Bobinsana—an invitation to explore the depths of your inner world. More about Cacao can be found here. Through gentle somatic work, the medicinal energies can deeply settle within you, weaving into your whole being.

With the aid of Connected Breathwork, we deepen our journey into the invisible and inner realms. You can find more information about this powerful technique here. After this enriching inner exploration, we will enjoy a light vegetarian lunch, concluding the day with a ritual that offers space for the integration of insights gained. Throughout the ceremony, there will be moments of stillness, designed to connect you with your intentions, personal process, the plant medicines, and the healing power of this ceremonial setting.

Bobinsana - “Callandra angustifolia”

In the Amazon rainforest and within the Shipibo tradition, Bobinsana is revered as a master plant. With its gentle, feminine energy, it creates a loving foundation in which you can fully immerse yourself. Consider it a warm cloak of love enveloping you, as you weave the threads of your life, becoming stronger with each pass. Bobinsana reminds us that we are our own foundation of love, to which we can always return. It embodies the flowing, gentle waters that support us in expanding love and self-expression.

While Bobinsana is not a hallucinogen, it provides profound support in processing feelings and life experiences, offering new insights in the process. Healing the wounds of the heart—such as grief, loss, sorrow, or melancholy—can be empowered by Bobinsana, as it enhances the energies of love, empathy, compassion, unity, and inner freedom. This creates space to rediscover forgotten parts of ourselves, reminding us that we are 'whole' and allowing us to once again open ourselves to the world.
