Your breath serves as both a mirror and a bridge to the depths of your being, revealing the wealth of information stored within. During a Breathing Session, I guide you in accessing this profound wisdom, enabling you to (re)connect with your essence and deepen your relationship with your inner strength.

As you follow your breath and observe its gentle flow, space begins to unfold within you. This firmer foundation of support allows you to navigate life’s offerings with grace and ease.

Letting go of what no longer serves

Breath provides us with the oxygen necessary to cleanse our bodies, facilitating the release of physical and energetic waste. This process is beautifully enhanced through consciously connected breathing during our sessions. You will witness the activation of letting-go processes, freeing trapped energy and sparking a true cleansing journey. In this way, you will gradually expand your breathing space, awakening to what you need to fully inhabit your being.

Reconnecting with your strength

Through deepening breathwork, you will reawaken your intuition and open yourself to the flow of life force. Within the safe embrace of a Breathing Session, you can release tension and meet yourself beyond protective mechanisms and survival strategies. Connected Breath Journey

Are you carrying stuck emotions and longing to release them? Do you feel that your connection with yourself can be even deeper, allowing you to navigate life from a grounded place? Are you ready to embark on a personal journey of self-discovery?

In a Breathing Session, we explore together in a safe environment where movement may arise. We will identify areas where you can reclaim more of your space and discover how to create unity between your body and mind. You will notice the energy within you flowing once again, guiding you home to the present moment.

My approach is embodied in the principle: "You lead, I follow." I provide the space for you to experience the lessons and insights that resonate deeply with you, allowing you to set your own pace throughout the journey.

 

Content of the Breathing Session

Each Breathing Session is tailored to you, with your intentions and personal process at its heart. The session includes:

  • A preliminary and post-discussion to clarify your intentions and customize the Breathwork to suit you, sharing insights along the way
  • Body-activating exercises or meditative practices
  • A guided breathing journey, gently encouraging you to fully embrace your being
  • A brief energetic cleansing during the integration phase
  • A carefully curated music playlist, intuitively selected for your experience

Individual or Duo Session

You may choose to embark on your breathing journey individually or alongside a partner, friend, colleague, or family member. Together, we will schedule a day and time for your inner exploration. During the session, you will receive personalized attention and the space to connect with your source and/or with each other.

Contra-indications

While Breathwork is generally safe, it is essential to consider certain contraindications, including but not limited to: pregnancy, serious PTSD or trauma, high blood pressure, chronic hyperventilation, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, epilepsy, and prior diagnoses of psychiatric disorders.
